Our Pre-Team, Strength, is a wonderful option for athletes ages 5-9 looking to step into the world of all-star cheerleading with low financial and competitive commitment.
 
This team practices once per week, teaching athletes the fundamentals of all-star cheerleading. Working on jumps, motions, tumbling, and stunting, while also learning how to effectively build a routine. Many of our athletes begin in this fundamentals program before moving into our half or full year options.

**ELITE All-star cheerleading is a full year sport. The skills our athletes learn as a team during the summer prepares them for their competition season. Competitions will begin as early as November er and it is imperative that summer practices and camps are attended for the team to be successful.
